McLendon-Kogut, a Louisville, Kentucky based court reporting service, was looking to expand it's customer base and visibility among the somewhat congested reporting services market in the Louisville Metro area. Through meetings with Laura and David Kogut and research into the local market, it was discovered that some of the other reporting services didn't offer the services MKRS did, such as CART (Communication Access Real-time Translation) for large conventions, nor were they certified in various aspects of court reporting. These facts needed to be brought to the forefront.
But First, MKRS was in need of a visual update. Over the course of 3 months, the new logo and website took on a bold and modern corporate look appropriate for McLendon-Kogut's audience of legal professionals, as well as appealing to the hearing impaired. Also, redoubling efforts on social media have gained MKRS a number of referrals and the ability to reach customers outside of Louisville.
